Turkey Pastrami Sandwich

Use turkey pastrami in this sandwich instead of beef pastrami to cut fat and calories without sacrificing flavor. Dont forget the vegetables to add color and important nutrients.

Ingredients:

8 slices of Miltons Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
12 oz. turkey pastrami
8 slices light swiss cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 tablespoons roasted red bell peppers, drained
1 tablespoon spicy mustard

Instructions:
Spread spicy mustard on each slice of bread. Place turkey pastrami, red bell peppers, red onions and cheese on top of 4 slices of Miltons Healthy Multi-Grain Bread. Place bread halves on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese begins to melt (approximately 2 minutes). Cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread to form a sandwich, slice in half. Serve immediately.
