Ultimate Tuna Salad Sandwich
Lunch
High in Omega 3, color and crunch, this sandwich beats all the competition. For maximum nutrition, always use light mayonnaise and pack your sandwiches with vegetables.

Ingredients:

8 slices of Miltons Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
2 (6oz.) cans tuna packed in water
8 slices of tomato
4 leaves of romaine lettuce
1 - 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons chopped black olives
3 tablespoons pimentos
3 tablespoons chopped dill or sweet pickles
3 tablespoons chopped red onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon seasoning

Instructions:
Drain tuna. In a mixing bowl combine, tuna, black olives, pimentos, pickles, red onion, garlic salt, seasoning and mayonnaise. Spread tuna salad on 4 slices of Miltons Healthy Multi-Grain Bread. Place tomatoes and lettuce on top of the tuna salad. Cover with remaining slices and press down. Serve.
