Turkey Pastrami Sandwich

Cook Time 10 Minutes Serves 4

Ingredients

8 slices of Milton's Multi-Grain Bread
12 oz. turkey pastrami
8 slices light Swiss cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onions
2 tablespoons roasted red bell
peppers, drained
1 tablespoon spicy mustard

Directions

Spread spicy mustard on each slice of bread. Place turkey pastrami, red bell peppers, red onions and cheese on top of 4 slices of Milton's Healthy Multi-Grain Bread. Place bread halves on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat until cheese begins to melt (approximately 2 minutes). Cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread to form a sandwich, slice in half. Serve immediately.
