Sweet n' Crunchy Chicken Salad

Cook Time 5 Minutes Serves 4

Ingredients

8 slices of Milton's Multi-Grain Bread
1 pound chicken, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup halved seedless grapes
3 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 tablespoons of light mayonnaise
4 leaves of lettuce

Directions

In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, celery, apple, grapes, almonds, cinnamon and mayonnaise. Spread chicken salad on 4 slices of Milton's Healthy Multi-Grain Bread. Top with lettuce, cover with remaining slices to form a sandwich. Serve.
