
Take two slices of Milton's Multi-Grain Bread and spread cream cheese on one side and marmalade on the other. Stack the slices together like they are a sandwich and cut in half diagonally. Whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, brown sugar, ½ of orange zest. Carefully dip each sandwich half in the egg mixture, be careful not to over soak. Melt 2 tbsp butter or margarine in a pan on medium high heat. Carefully place each sandwich in the pan and cook on each side until golden brown. To serve, garnish with powdered sugar, leftover orange zest, maple syrup, and crushed pecans or granola.
