Spicy Southwest Turkey Panini

Cook Time 10 Minutes Serves 2

Ingredients

4 slices of Milton’s Whole Grain Bread 1/4 lb of Sliced Turkey Breast 2-4 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese 4 leaves of Romaine Lettuce 1/4 cup of Roasted Red Bell Pepper 1/2 of an Avocado 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise 1 small can of Sliced Green Chiles 2 tablespoons of Softened butter or margarine

Directions

Take two slices of Milton’s Whole Grain Bread and butter one side of each slice. Take sliced turkey, cheese, red bell pepper, and green chilies and pile on top of two slices. Put into a Panini press or skillet buttered sides out until golden brown on each side. Carefully lift one slice of bread from grilled sandwich and add mayonnaise, romaine lettuce, and sliced avocado.
