Peanut Butter and Banana Blueberry Breakfast

Cook Time 5 Minutes Serves 4

Ingredients

4 slices of Milton's Blueberry Bread
4 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
2 sliced Bananas
1/2 cup of Blueberries (fresh, or defrosted frozen)
2 tablespoons Honey

Directions

Lightly toast the slices of blueberry bread. Spread a tablespoon of peanut butter over each slice. Place sliced banana all over the top of the peanut butter and scatter blueberries on top of the bananas. Drizzle with honey and serve open faced or as a sandwich.
