Multi-Grain Garlic Bread

Cook Time 15 Minutes Serves 6

Ingredients

6 slices Milton's Multi-Grain Bread
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped
fresh parsley
1 cup shredded part-skim
mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 350? F. ln a small saucepan, heat olive oil, garlic powder and parsley until warm. Arrange slices of bread on a baking sheet. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil mixture. Bake in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serve warm
