Multi Grain Garlic Bread

Olive oil, parsley and Milton's Healthy Multi-Grain Bread make this garlic bread a heart-healthy recipe and a far cry from traditional garlic bread recipes. It will be hard to have just one piece.

Ingredients:

6 Slices Milton's Healthy Mutli-Grain Bread
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small saucepan, heat olive oil, garlic powder and parsley until warm. Arrange slices of bread on a baking sheet. Brush each slice of bread with olive oil mixture. Bake in oven for approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts. Serve warm.
