High Fructose Corn Syrup? Never!

A lot of attention has been focused recently on High Fructose Corn Syrup, and how much is in the various baked and processed foods which are available on grocery shelves today.

Milton’s  has always been a different type of bakery.  We take a little more care, and make our bread and crackers a lot more special, with whole grains and goodness in every bite.  One of the ways we do this is to ensure we don’t use any artificial ingredients, especially artificial sweeteners.  Our breads and crackers never contain high fructose corn syrup – we don’t like this in our food and definitely don’t want it in our bread!   This isn’t a change to our products – it is the way we have always been. Great baked items with great flavor start with great ingredients. It’s nothing we had to do different – it’s just nice to know that something you were always doing makes a difference for people.

So next time you are enjoying Miltons bread or crackers, whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner or entertaining with friends, we hope we have made that moment a little more nutritious and delicious.
