Ingredients:
8 slices Miltons Healthy
Multi-Grain Bread
1 cup sliced chicken breast, cooked
and sliced
2 cup mixed greens
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
1 green apple, cored and chopped
3 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
3 tablespoon herb cheese spread
Instructions:
Place chicken, mixed greens, walnuts, apple, in bowl and toss with balsamic vinaigrette. Toast
Miltons Healthy Multi-Grain Bread if desired. Place tossed chicken salad mixture on 4 slices of bread. Spread herb cheese
on the remaining 4 slices. Place together to form a sandwich.
