Ingredients:
12 slices of Miltons Healthy
Multi-Grain Bread
1/2 cup white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 container (12 oz.) whipped
cream cheese
Sliced fresh fruit (strawberries, kiwi,
pineapple, bananas, etc.)
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine cup white sugar and cinnamon. Spread butter on one side of each
slice of Miltons Healthy Multi-Grain Bread. Sprinkle sugar/cinnamon mixture on top. Place each slice on a baking sheet.
Bake 8 - 10 minutes or until butter is melted and bread is browned. Let cool. In a medium bowl combine cream cheese
and brown sugar. Spread cheese mixture on cooled bread slices. Top with sliced fruit and serve.
