Egg-in-the-Hole Breakfast

Let your kids prepare this fun and healthy breakfast dish. Start their day with over 10 grams of fiber and plenty of protein to keep them full until lunch. Serve with a glass of orange juice or fresh fruit.

Ingredients:

8 slices Miltons Healthy Multi-Grain Bread
1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar & Monterey jack cheese
4 eggs
2 slices turkey bacon, cooked, crumbled
Cooking spray

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Cut a hole in the center of 4 of the bread slices using 1 -inch cookie cutter or rim of a glass. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place, 4 slices of remaining whole bread in baking dish and top with half of the cheese. Place, the bread slices with holes in the center. Break 1 egg into each hole. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and turkey bacon. BAKE 10 min. or until cheese is melted and eggs are set. Serve promptly.
